Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive/Sr. Executive in our Growth team, you will be the first point of contact for new potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and set meetings with companies abroad that are looking to build remote teams. This role requires a proactive approach, involving extensive dialing, emailing, and diligent follow-up to secure meetings that are crucial for driving our company's growth. We are seeking ambitious professionals who are eager to grow fast, work globally, and be an integral part of a company that is scaling aggressively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to generate new leads and identify potential clients in international markets (UK, Australia, EU).
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on company profiles and their alignment with Augmex's service offerings.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Successfully book meetings between qualified prospects and our sales leadership team.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track all outreach activities, conversations, and progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to continuously refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, Augmex's service offerings, and evolving buyer needs to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

2-5 years of proven experience in B2B outreach, cold calling, or other client-facing roles.
- Language Proficiency:

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent, essential for effective communication with international clients.
- Communication Skills:

Confident and persuasive in phone and video calls.
- Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Experience working with AI and Automation tools will be considered a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes:

Highly self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
