Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive - Compliance, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sr. Executive - Compliance will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, industry standards, and safety regulations. Key tasks include conducting regular audits, preparing compliance reports, liaising with regulatory bodies, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. The role also involves implementing corrective action plans, training staff on compliance matters, and maintaining a culture of ethical practices within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local and international labor laws, industry standards, and safety regulations
  • Experience in conducting audits, preparing compliance reports, and liaising with regulatory bodies
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement corrective action plans and train staff on compliance matters
  • Experience in the garment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
