Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Sr. Executive located in Dhaka. The Client Services Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver creative requirements, and 3rd party vendors to deliver other project requirements, providing excellent customer service, and handling financial aspects related to client accounts.

Qualifications

  • Client Services and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction experience
  • Basic understanding of Finance related to client accounts
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
