About the Role

Bancoff Limited is hiring a motivated Sr. Executive – Corporate Sales to drive client acquisition and support revenue growth. The role demands initiative, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of corporate client needs to ensure successful deal closures and long-term satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


• Identify and approach potential corporate clients through strategic prospecting and networking.


• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.


• Assist in developing proposals and presenting solutions tailored to client needs.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.


• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.


• Stay informed about market conditions and competitors.


Required Qualifications


• Education: Bachelor's in Business, Sales, or a related field.


• Experience: 2–4 years in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.


• Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency, CRM familiarity, strong data interpretation skills.


• Soft Skills: Persuasive communication, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
