Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new clients, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities, client communication, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the management team for effective business development.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years of practical experience in sales & marketing (real estate background preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with leadership qualities and a result-oriented mindset.
