Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Business Development Manager

to represent our company in building strong partnerships and driving growth. The ideal candidate will be the face of the business to external companies — responsible for initiating and maintaining corporate relationships, negotiating deals, and identifying opportunities that align with our strategic goals. This role requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and executive-level presence to create a pathway for business expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in all external communications with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations on proposals, contracts, and agreements to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business documents.
  • Draft and manage contracts, MoUs, and formal business documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with organizational objectives.
  • Track industry trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain structured records of leads, meetings, and deal progress in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in deal-making, partnership building, and corporate communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in business documentation, proposal writing, and contract management.
  • Ability to work independently and represent the company at an executive level.
  • Experience with CRM and business productivity tools is a plus.
