Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand development and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and pitch customized solutions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and present progress updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of
    agency experience
    (marketing, advertising, creative, or media buying).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and fostering client relationships.

Salary:
BDT 25,000 – 30,000 (based on expertise and experience)

Working Days:
Sunday to Thursday (5 days a week)
