Digital Marketing Solution (Pvt.) Ltd.

is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be supported by the management with qualified leads to book appointments with prospective clients around their digital marketing requirements. Work closely and collaboratively with the management to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans for new business, whilst keeping updated on all the latest digital marketing trends and best practices across SEO, Adwords, Social Media Marketing & more Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator.

𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: 3

Salary Range: 30𝐤-45𝐤 Per Month depending on skill set

Mandatory Rules Before Joining

  • Candidates must work at least 1-2 months as a trainee before working as a full-time employee
  • Minimum 6 months of agreement of employment need to be signed by the candidate

Responsibilities

  • Strong command of English and Bengali & Computer Proficiency.
  • As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as our project lead
  • Strong Knowledge and proven working experience in Business Development
  • Strong Knowledge and proven working experience in Business Development
  • Strong Knowledge of implementing business plans and coordinating operations
  • Strong Knowledge of overall planning and execution of the core business operations
  • Strong team building and leadership skills. Have the ability to work for extended hours
  • Strong Knowledge of managing business clients and vendors with Support/Client Service
  • Strong Knowledge presentation skills, energy level, meeting sales goals, professionalism
  • Strong Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning/Development, Business Development
  • Strong Knowledge of customer Relationships and Advertising & Promotion, Corporate Marketing
  • Strong computer skills in Facebook Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Domain & Hosting capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills in territory management, Market Research
  • Strongly Mindset to do first-month trial business development manager for Digital Marketing Agency
  • Strong Knowledge of identifying market opportunities and networking to promote the company brand
