HR Manager
 who can ensure seamless human resource operations, employee satisfaction, and effective communication across all departments.

Position Overview

The
HR Manager
will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources — including employee record keeping, training, performance monitoring, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be both
empathetic and process-driven
, ensuring that employees stay informed, motivated, and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and regularly update
    employee records
    in the HR system.
  2. Assist employees in resolving
    HR or workplace-related issues
    professionally and confidentially.
  3. Ensure employees understand and follow
    company policies and procedures
    .
  4. Plan and monitor employee training
    programs to build skills and improve performance.
  5. Prepare and deliver
    presentations or internal sessions
    on HR topics, new policies, or company updates.
  6. Organize and manage all
    HR-related documentation and activities
    , including:
  7. Promotions, salary increments, and confirmations
  8. Onboarding and exit processes
  9. Birthday and employee engagement events
  10. Official letters (appointment, confirmation, NOC, etc.)
  11. Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
  12. Support management with
    performance review data
    and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
  4. Knowledge of
    Bangladesh labor law and HR best practices
    .
  5. Proficiency in
    Google Workspace or MS Office tools
    .
  6. Empathetic, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential matters with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in a
    tech or software company
    .
  2. Ability to manage
    HR automations or ERP systems (like ERPNext)
    .
  3. Interest in
    employee training and organizational culture development
    .
