Eco Travels Online is an IATA-accredited travel company offering a full range of travel services — air ticketing, holiday packages, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and travel insurance. With offices across Bangladesh, New Zealand, India, and Australia, we connect travelers with global experiences through innovative solutions and personalized service.

Role Description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who is passionate about the travel industry and customer service. The ideal candidate will assist clients with booking flights, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences from start to finish.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients — turning travel plans into memorable journeys.

Qualifications

1.

  • Handle flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and cancellations through GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

  • Provide accurate information on fares, routes, visa requirements, and travel policies.

  • Design custom holiday packages according to client needs and budgets.

  • Manage corporate and group bookings, including hotel and ground arrangements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with airline partners and suppliers.

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending bookings and payments.

  • Prepare invoices, maintain client records, and support accounting reconciliation where required.

Requirements
:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Tourism, Business, or Hospitality).

1–3 years' experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment (freshers with GDS knowledge also encouraged).

Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre GDS systems.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and teamwork mindset.

Customer-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
