We're looking for a Customer Success Consultant who thrives on solving real customer problems and enjoys uncovering deep insights through direct conversations. If you're passionate about understanding users, improving processes, and playing a key role in product strategy, this could be your next big move.

What you will do

  • Deliver projects with bespoke solutions and customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with customers to understand their business problems and product use cases
  • Revamp outdated product visions and roadmaps based on customer insights
  • Ensuring customers are realising maximum business value across the customer lifecycle that ultimately results in their renewal, upgrades, cross-sell opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Adopt an Agile approach to project management and delivery

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Proactively identify and address barriers to successful product adoption by collaborating with customers on improvement plans.
  • Gather data to establish clear connections between product utilisation, key performance metrics, and customer goals.
  • Identify and analyse issues or trends that could negatively impact customer success, and work across teams to develop and implement solutions on customers' behalf.
  • Act as an escalation point for project and customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain proactive and timely communication with customers regarding issue status and resolution.

Who you are

  • High fluency in English. Be able to articulate ideas and thoughts to convey them to an international audience, and have excellent written skills.
  • Experienced in Project Management, but freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Be able to work a flexible time shift that will cover multiple time zones.
  • Be proactive and able to work under pressure, independently, for a long time
  • Team-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Great discipline, manners, and work ethic
