Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of IT systems, Water ATMs, networks, and applications to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
  2. Monitor system health, identify potential risks, and take proactive actions to prevent downtime.
  3. Implement efficient processes for incident detection, escalation, and resolution.
  4. Supervise team activities, allocate workloads, and promote skill development for improved performance.
  5. Define, document, and maintain operational standards, procedures, and SLAs.
  6. Drive automation to enhance system monitoring, reporting, and maintenance efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with IT, Product, and Customer Support teams for seamless service delivery.
  8. Prepare regular system performance, incident, and resource utilization reports.
  9. Provide strategic insights for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
  10. Ensure compliance with data protection, security policies, and industry regulations.
  11. Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
  12. Serve as the primary escalation point for system-related issues.
  13. Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO or management.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum five years of experience in system operations, IT infrastructure, or network management.

Additional Requirements:

  2. Strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise.

  3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  4. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
