Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing annual marketing campaigns, trade programs, and consumer promotions aligned with brand strategy
- Support the creation and execution of brand positioning and marketing mix strategies to build brand equity
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual business plan and sales forecasts in coordination with the sales team
- Analyze market trends and brand performance to support strategic decision-making
- Plan and monitor media exposure across print, electronic, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with advertising agencies from concept development to campaign execution
- Track market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Provide insights and recommendations to achieve brand objectives
- Execute and monitor promotional campaigns and marketing activities to ensure timely and effective rollout
- Support product launches including marketing briefs, packaging design, and campaign planning
- Prepare customized reports, presentations, and assignments as directed by the supervisor
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
- Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
Educational Requirements:
The candidate must have BBA with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations. Marketing background candidates will be given preference
Additional Job Requirements:
- Experience and Education will be relaxed for potential candidate
- Experienced in FMCG sector preferable
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate
- Excellent in people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
- Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
- Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation
- Must have using capabilities of MS Office
- Able to work under stress situation
