Job Responsibilities

Brand Awareness and Visibility

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance Moar's brand presence across offline and online channels.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement initiatives to strengthen visibility and recall among target audiences.

Lead Generation

  • Plan and drive initiatives to attract potential clients and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Track lead generation metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize conversion opportunities.

Content, Campaigns, Activations, PR

  • Create, oversee, and coordinate content, marketing campaigns, events, and PR activities to engage audiences.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with brand identity and effectively convey key messages.

Partnerships and Ecosystem Presence

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand Moar's reach and influence in the market.
  • Actively participate in industry networks and events to enhance ecosystem presence and visibility.

Digital Funnels (Ads, Landing Pages, Social, Email)

  • Manage digital marketing funnels, including paid ads, social media campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages.
  • Continuously optimize digital campaigns to drive engagement, lead capture, and conversion.

Driving Inbound Traffic → Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

  • Implement strategies to increase inbound traffic and convert it into high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of MQLs for conversion.

Success Metrics

  • Reach & brand recall
  • Website traffic
  • Cost per lead
  • Lead volume (MQLs)
  • Event engagement and partnership output

Handoff to Sales:

When a lead becomes an MQL (tour request, call request, pricing inquiry, contact form, WhatsApp, referral)

Requirements & Competencies

  • Education: Bachelors/Master in a related discipline, preferably Marketing.
  • Work Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in social media management, ads, analytics, and content tools
  • Experience running campaigns on Facebook/Instagram/Google
  • Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation tools
  • Skilled in writing, design coordination, and basic content production
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of brand tone
  • Ability to analyze funnel performance and optimize costs
  • Event Management
  • Strong understanding of brand and digital marketing
  • Creative campaign development
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ecosystem networking and partnership building

Salary: BDT 32,000-72,000 (depending on experience and role)
