About Us

We are a student recruitment agency dedicated to guiding students toward high-quality international education opportunities. Our team works closely with top global universities and provides complete counseling and admission support. We are seeking an experienced and motivated 
Branch Manager
 to lead our Dhaka branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Dhaka branch.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the counseling and recruitment team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and yearly student enrollment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the student application process and ensure high-quality counseling services.
  • Plan and execute seminars, events, and marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.
  • Prepare performance reports and oversee the branch budget and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Handle complex queries and provide excellent service to students and parents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years' experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or a related sector.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and branch/office management.
  • Good knowledge of popular study destinations (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
