Nixa Global
is a fast-growing overseas education consultancy firm guiding students to study in
UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Manager – Operations & Business Growth
who can take full responsibility for daily operations, team performance, B2B partnerships, and overall company development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the entire operations of the consultancy firm.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across all departments (counselling, application, visa, marketing).
  • Monitor staff performance, set monthly targets, and ensure achievement.
  • Develop and implement new strategies for company growth and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with B2B partners, universities, and agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, products, and services.
  • Maintain regular reports and operational updates for the CEO.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and uphold service quality.
  • Train and guide team members to achieve performance excellence.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Management, or relevant field.
  • Preference for candidates who have studied abroad.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years
    in operations or management (education consultancy preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team-handling experience required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of international student processes (UK/AUS/NZ/Europe).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Bachelor/Honors
