About Us

BazAI is transforming how businesses engage with technology by bringing intelligent automation to everyday operations. We're looking for a smart, dependable
accounting intern
to support our day-to-day financial operations and help us maintain fiscal discipline during this critical growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Support monthly reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Help organize financial records for audits and compliance.
  • Work with the team to streamline financial processes.
  • Prepare customer invoicing and monitor payment follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS basics)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or similar) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
