Job Summary
:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Executive
for our E-Bike Showroom in Dhaka to oversee and expand our sales operations within this area, for our
Electric Vehicle
company
Spark-Ride,
mostly focusing on
e-bike
in Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-centric approach.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

·
Customer Interaction & Revenue Growth:
Welcome customers to the showroom, try to learn about their needs and lifestyle, also suggest the right e-bike models to help them choose the best option.

·
Product Demonstration & Expert Guidance:
Explain the features, elements, benefits, battery, motor, and prices of different e-bike models. Besides, Offer test rides when possible to show the customers how smooth and eco-friendly they are.

·
Achieve Sales Targets:
Reach or beat monthly and quarterly sales goals by actively engaging and involving with customers and building good consumer relationship.

·
Maintain Showroom Presentation:
Keep the showroom organized, tidy, and attractive with updated displays and promo materials.

·
Handle Transactions & Admin:
Handle sales, Ensure payments (cash or digital), and prepare invoices and paperwork.

·
Customer Support & After-Sales:
Answer customer questions and handle concerns quickly, promptly and professionally. Help with service or repairs after the sales when needed

Reporting & Market Insights:
Record daily sales, follow up with leads, and keep customer info updated. Share customer needs and trends with the team to improve showroom strategy.

Qualifications & Experiences:

·
Educational Background:
 Graduated from any department. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferable.

·
Sales Experience:
Minimum 1 year of profound experience in showroom, retail, or field sales. Experience with motorcycles, e‑vehicles, or electrified mobility is appreciable.

·
Interpersonal Strengths:
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confident, energetic, and able to build trust quickly.

·
Technical & Soft Skills:
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet, CRM tools). Friendly demeanor, patience, active listening skills, and the ability to connect with customers without being pushy.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
