Company Description

Dhaly Infratech Ltd. is a leading Telecom service provider in Bangladesh, managing over 9,500 sites and 4 core sites for various operators. We have developed approximately 4,000 new sites and 7 core sites, and integrated power to over 4,000 sites. Our services include Rollout, Managed Service, Civil Construction, and New Power connection & upgradation for telecom operators and TowerCo.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Manager, located in Dhaka. The role involves overseeing day-to-day IT operations, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, implementing technology solutions, and coordinating with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives. Some work from home is allowed for this position.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT infrastructure management and network security
  • Skills in technology solution implementation and IT project management
  • Proficiency in system administration and technical support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
