Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Head of Brand & Marketing
who has a strong background in
advertising agencies
and a proven track record of leading creative campaigns, managing brands, and driving measurable business results.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the brand voice, managing campaigns, and leading cross-platform marketing initiatives across
digital, offline, and partner ecosystems
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies for all company products (Tipsoi, SensorTrail, and others).
  • Oversee creative direction, brand storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution for social, digital, print, and event marketing.
  • Manage agency collaborations, media planning, and production.
  • Build and guide a high-performing marketing team.
  • Drive brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze marketing data, performance reports, and ROI metrics to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5-10 years of experience in brand management or marketing
    ,
    must have prior experience working in an Advertising Agency
    .
  • Strong leadership and creative direction skills.
  • Proven expertise in
    campaign strategy, digital marketing, and brand communications
    .
  • Excellent understanding of audience insight, media buying, and content planning.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into business impact.
