About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst to work closely with clients and technical teams, translating business goals into practical, high-impact IT solutions. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of projects for both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical documentation.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Prepare requirement documents, workflows, and user stories for development teams.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing technology role.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with AWS, Odoo, or ERP/Cloud-based systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across global teams.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Certifications like CBAP or PMP are a plus.
