Mahbub & Company, a top-tier, full-service law firm based in Dhaka is looking for 1 (One) 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to work in its Dhanmondi Chamber.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭:

Communication Officer will be responsible for managing all external and internal

communications, ensuring the Chamber's digital presence and public messaging reflect the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and integrity expected in the legal sector.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  1. Digital and Web Management


• Maintain and update the firm's Website, Social Media Accounts, Mailing lists


• Strategies, develop and optimize online content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the firm's professional image.


• Monitor website analytics to enhance visibility and reach


• Ensure data protection, confidentiality and oversee internal and external communications materials.

  1. Content Creation and Visual Design


• Draft, Design, Edit, and Proofread communications materials including Newsletters, Blog posts, Legal updates, Articles and Client alerts and develop professional designs for digital and print materials (e.g., reports, publications).


• Produce content highlighting case successes, research publications, and firm's achievements while maintaining confidentiality protocols.

  1. Strategic Communications


• Monitor trends in the legal and communications sectors to inform strategy development.


• Build and maintain professional relationships with legal correspondents to support positive and accurate coverage.


• Create and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and announcements to ensure effective information flow within the Chamber.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:


• Bachelor's/ Honors degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Law, Public Relations, English Literature, Development Studies, CSE or a related field.


• Diploma or short course in Graphics Design/ Web Development will be added an advantage

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:


• At least 4 years
