Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Internship Customer Communication position. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and analyzing customer feedback. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining positive customer relationships, and contributing to communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve customer relations
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or communication role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial, but not required
