Positions Open: Associate & Senior Associate (20 Openings)

Joining Date: January 1st, 2026

Shift:

Male: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Female: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

**Senior Associate positions require at least 1 year of experience in the same industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. clients and on-ground vendor teams, managing all communication, workflow coordination, and progress tracking.

  • Perform final quality control, meticulously reviewing all data, photos, and reports to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with client standards before submission.

  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow, communication, or discrepancy issues by coordinating corrections between clients, vendors, and internal operations teams.

  • Verify all field work for completion and adherence to guidelines, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor quality and operational trends to provide constructive feedback for process improvement and uphold the company's reputation for precision.

Qualifications We're Looking For

  • Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, and listening).

  • Minimum Bachelor's (Honors) degree or equivalent in any discipline.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in email communication and MS Office tools (especially Excel).

  • Ability to work in a U.S. shift schedule.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong team ethics.

  • Experience in Property Preservation, BPO, or SFR maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary Range:

Associate: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT

Senior Associate: 35,000 – 45,000 BDT
