About the Job

Connectivo is seeking a
Communication & Monitoring Executive

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication channels, ensuring smooth operational monitoring, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll play a key part in managing client interactions, coordinating with emergency services when required, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate high proficiency in
    written and verbal communication

.
- Handle incoming calls professionally — including clients, police, and fire authorities.
- Maintain strong
organizational skills

and effectively switch between multiple tasks.
- Utilize
computer systems and software applications

efficiently.
- Ensure
punctuality, reliability,

and
flexibility

with scheduling (weekends/holidays as needed).
- Maintain accuracy and
attention to detail

while monitoring reports and tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to
identify and resolve issues

effectively.
- Prepare and manage documents using
Microsoft Office

and
Google Workspace

.
- Record, log, and report data accurately to supervisors and clients.
- Resolve client issues and ensure the
highest level of customer satisfaction

.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English —
    IELTS Band 6 (Speaking & Listening)

or equivalent preferred.
- Strong
organizational and coordination abilities

.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during
high-pressure or emergency situations

.
- Capable of
multitasking

and prioritizing based on urgency.
- Excellent
attention to detail

and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in
computer and mobile applications

.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in
    communication

or
customer service

.
- Familiarity with
Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems

is a plus.
- Strong
geographical knowledge

and comfort using
Google Maps

.
- Physically fit to handle long monitoring periods.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
