Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Customer Relationship Executive
located in
Mohakhali
,
Dhaka, Bangladesh
. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, fostering business relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling client relations, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations Skills
  • Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in B2B marketing or customer relationship management is a plus
