Executive/ Sr. Executive -Civil

Key Points

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 04-05 years of experience in project planning, design, and execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural design, and quality assurance is essential, along with strong coordination skills.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and review AutoCAD drawings, designs, and plans for various civil engineering projects.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of structural analysis & design and detailing
  • Prepare BOQ, Cost Estimate & Budget
  • Prepare and implement project schedules to achieve targets set by the management.
  • Monitor and document project work reports, including material requisition updates and progress reports.
  • Act as a key liaison, ensuring effective coordination between management and project teams.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project, adhering to standards set by the management.
  • Report on project status, progress, and revisions to project schedules as necessary.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools for detailed planning, reporting, and monitoring tasks.
  • Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles and construction standards.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and project timelines.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • BSc/ Diploma in Civil Technology from any recognized institution.
  • Skills Required: Project Management, Report Writing, ETABS, Presentation skill, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Planning and budget, SAP 2000, SAP HANA 2.0
