Job Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic, proactive, and sales-driven Senior Executive, Client Service
with strong agency experience, specializing in
event management and brand activations
.

This role requires someone who can
manage existing clients, acquire new business, and ensure exceptional service delivery
, while driving sales growth and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    for clients across event management projects.
  • Develop and maintain
    strong, long-term client relationships
    .
  • Identify, pitch, and secure
    new business opportunities (client hunting).
  • Achieve
    sales targets
    through client acquisition, retention, and upselling services.
  • Understand client needs and objectives;
    translate them into impactful event and digital solutions
    .
  • Prepare
    customized proposals, presentations, and cost estimates
    .
  • Collaborate with
    event operations, creative, and digital teams
    for seamless execution.
  • Lead project
    timelines, deliverables, and budgets
    , ensuring on-time completion.
  • Conduct client meetings, take briefs, plan projects, and manage feedback sessions.
  • Monitor
    competitor activities and industry trends
    to generate new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure
    client satisfaction
    and foster
    account growth and retention
    .
  • Support senior management with
    strategic planning and business development initiatives
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communications
    , or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience
    in a client servicing role within an event management and/or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong track record in
    sales, business development, and client acquisition
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    event planning, activations, and campaign execution
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation
    skills.
  • Proven ability to
    achieve sales and client growth targets
    .
  • Strong
    organizational and project management
    skills.
  • Ability to
    work under pressure
    , manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
