Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients to promote and sell travel solutions including flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, IT, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain strong after-sales support, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate travel demands to design competitive solutions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate sales (travel/tourism industry experience is preferred).
  • Strong professional network in the corporate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Passion for travel and a client-first mindset.

Salary & Other Information

  • Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 BDT (based on experience & skills).
  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
  • Working Hours : 8 Hours (10 am - 06 pm)
  • Yearly salary review.
  • Two festival bonuses per year.
