Executive/Sr. Executive - Accounts.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate verification of customer collections in ERP.
  • Record and update all collection entries properly in Tally.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit daily and monthly collection reports to management.
  • Post and maintain Advance Income Tax (AIT) entries in both Tally and ERP.
  • Manage monthly commission postings in Tally & ERP with accuracy.
  • Process and monitor contra entries in Tally & ERP against clearing transactions.
  • Prepare and circulate the daily clearing sheet.
  • Confirm and report bank balances to the Finance Manager in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly collection reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide daily Positive Pay instructions to the bank for cheque clearing.
  • Update, review, and submit monthly suspense account confirmations to management.
  • Execute RTGS transactions, fund transfers, and ensure proper posting in the accounting system.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and loan reconciliations on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the system.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Skills Required: ERP Software, Tally Software, Bank Reconciliation

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
