Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor - Study Abroad based in Dhaka. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on study abroad options, advising on university selection, and assisting with the application and visa processes. The Counselor will also provide pre-departure assistance, including arrangements for flights, accommodation, and addressing cultural challenges. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational institutions and programs, as well as efficiently responding to student inquiries.

Qualifications

5 years of managerial experience in the education consultancy field is Mandatory

Willing to work towards achieving targets.

Strong advisory and counseling skills in educational consulting and study abroad options

Experience with application and visa processes, including preparing forms and guiding students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide pre-departure assistance and address cultural challenges

Knowledge of international educational institutions and programs

Experience in handling student inquiries and providing efficient responses

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field
