Territory Sales Office (Modern Trade / Institutional Sales)

Key Points

  • 2-4 years
    of experience in
    Modern Trade / Institutional / Garments/ Corporate Sales
    in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or relevant industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels (Modern Trade, Institutions, Corporate Accounts).
  • Execute company's sales strategies and promotional plans effectively at the outlet/account level.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key modern trade chains, institutional clients, and corporate customers.
  • Negotiate and implement trade terms, visibility agreements, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure timely order collection, billing, and payment realization.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing team for activation and promotional execution.
  • Maintain discipline in documentation, claims submission, and expense management.
  • Prepare periodic sales, competitor, and market analysis reports for management review.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Key Account Management, Sales target, Customer Service, B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Negotiation and Convincing Skill

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Group of Companies,Chemical Industries,Toiletries
