Job Description

  • Support the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap for MyBLApp aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and execute App growth framework focusing on acquisition, winback, and retention.
  • Lead and supervise in-app campaign configuration and operations for all app specific ATL/BTL/special campaigns.
  • Drive personalized and thematic user journeys based on data and behavioral insights for all segments (B2C, Enterprise, SME) and products (Prepaid, Postpaid).
  • Conduct user research and data analysis to identify insights, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage app gamification strategy, campaign setup, and gratification disbursement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features, UI/UX ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead User Acceptance Test (UAT) to validate functionality and user satisfaction before release.
  • Optimize onboarding, growth hacking tactics, and personalized engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor and report KPIs on app performance, user behavior, and revenue generation to guide strategic decisions.
  • Conduct UX research and competitor benchmarking to identify journey improvement & innovation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to expand product offerings and user reach.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of product & digital services initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain campaign performance, and reports for leadership review.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Job Experience Required

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Growth Strategy, or App Engagement roles.

Required Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in managing mobile app products, ideally within the telecom, fintech, or digital services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, app CMS platforms, Firebase, and relevant analytics dashboards.
