We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Digital Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the digital space and knows how to turn online conversations into closed deals. You'll be responsible for generating sales through strategic outreach across email, social media, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers through email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking all interactions and opportunities

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through personalized communication and consistent follow-up

Sales Conversion: Convert leads into paying customers through persuasive communication and understanding of customer needs

Content Creation: Craft compelling sales messages, email sequences, and social media content that resonates with target audiences

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital sales strategies

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in digital sales, email marketing, or social media selling (1-2 years preferred)

Strong written communication skills with ability to craft engaging, persuasive messages

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)

Active presence and understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills
Experience with cold outreach and B2B/B2C sales

Knowledge of marketing automation tools

Basic understanding of digital marketing

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance

Experience with video outreach or content creation

Familiarity with sales enablement tools
