Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall execution of the assigned development project.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Ensure proper communication between stakeholders and the technical team.
  • Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Consolidate & maintain the cross-team IT project/task portfolio; ensure clear scope, owner & deadline.
  • Run intake & prioritization; align requests with business goals and team capacity.
  • Track daily progress; remove blockers; escalate risks & delays to Head of IT.
  • Rebalance people/budget; reduce idle time, duplicate effort, and stalled tasks.
  • Coordinate releases/changes across infra & dev to protect uptime and user impact.
  • Maintain risk, issue & change logs; drive mitigation and rollback readiness.
  • Deliver weekly status dashboards & KPI reports (schedule, spend, resource use).
  • Support vendor milestones, invoices, and acceptance sign-offs (as assigned).
  • Improve processes & tooling (Clickups/Jira/Service Desk/etc.);
  • standardize handoffs from support tickets to projects.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews; capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly with technical & non-technical stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc in CSE/ICT/ECE/EEE/Statistics or equivalent
  • Candidates who have PMP certification will get preference.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Minimum 5 years of service experience in IT, ITSM, or the Software industry.
  • Satisfactory service track records with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

  • Working with offshore clients will get preference.
  • Fluent in Documentation & communication will get preference.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
