Now, we're looking for a friendly and driven Technical Recruiter to help us find amazing tech talent to join our growing team

Overview of the Role:

  • Assist to manage the full hiring process to HR Lead for tech roles — from writing job posts to bringing new hires on board.
  • Talk to team leads to understand who they need and what skills they're looking for.
  • Write simple and clear job descriptions.
  • Find candidates using job sites, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Call, interview, and check if the candidates are a good match.
  • Keep good communication with both the candidates and our team.
  • Build a strong list of possible candidates for future roles.
  • Share new ideas to improve our hiring process.
  • Help or guide junior recruiters if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or something similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, especially for tech roles.
  • Good understanding of tech jobs (like: developers, engineers, etc.).
  • Great at talking to people and building relationships.
  • Knows how to use hiring tools (LinkedIn, Bdjobs, etc.).
  • Friendly, organized, and can handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Has quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast, improve fast

Job Location:
Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Office Days and Time:
8 am to 5 pm, Sunday to Thursday
