dynamic Presales Manager
to join our team and help drive growth.

The Role

As a Presales Manager, you will be the
technical face of Penta Global Limited
during client engagements. You will collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver
high-impact presentations and demos
that clearly communicate our value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Technical Advisory:
    Analyze client requirements and design
    custom IT/software solutions
    aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • High-Impact Presentations:
    Prepare and deliver
    engaging presentations, product demos, and workshops
    to clearly communicate solution value, differentiators, and ROI to clients, including senior executives.
  • Client Engagement:
    Act as the
    primary technical advisor
    during presales discussions, addressing complex queries and providing clarifications promptly.
  • Opportunity Identification:
    Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming tenders to identify
    new business opportunities
    .
  • Proposal Support:
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all solution proposals are
    accurate, compliant, competitive, and visually compelling
    .
  • Performance & Reporting:
    Track presales activities, presentations delivered, client feedback, and pipeline status, providing actionable insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of presales, solution design, or business development experience in IT/software/SI projects.
  • Must have proven excellence in
    presentation, storytelling, and client engagement
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and others AI tools.
