We are a small but growing IT firm with a collaborative team working on diverse software projects. We value accountability, productivity, and quality delivery. We're looking for a proactive 
technical Project Manager
 who can also handle light HR responsibilities to keep our team organized and efficient.

Job Overview:

You will manage projects, ensure deadlines are met, and hold the team accountable. With your technical background, you'll understand the work being done, verify progress, and help keep employees focused. You'll also assist with basic HR tasks such as attendance monitoring, performance tracking, and team discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Break projects into tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
  • Ensure team members use our project management tool consistently.
  • Monitor project deadlines and proactively flag risks.
  • Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
  • Facilitate team meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Use technical knowledge to verify task completion and guide the team.

HR & People Management (Light):

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave.
  • Track individual performance and provide feedback.
  • Address minor conflicts and promote a productive work environment.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CSE/IT/Software development background is required.
  • Prior project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using project management tools or willing to quickly learn.
