Job Description / Responsibility

  • Communicate with customers over phone to promote and sell skincare and fashion products.
  • Call and confirm daily website orders and take new customer orders.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets.
  • Working Hours:
    9 Hours

Educational Requirements

  • Higher Secondary
  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • SSC with strong experience may also apply.
  • Skills Required: Call Center

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency

Additional Requirements

  • Must have solid knowledge of skincare and fashion/cosmetic products.
  • For Call Center Executives: must possess a clear, confident, and pleasant voice.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers through phone call.
