About us :

We're looking for a highly skilled
Google Ads Expert
to manage and optimize paid campaigns that drive
sales, leads, and brand visibility
. You'll be responsible for building and scaling profitable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube).

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

  • Develop ad copy and creative recommendations to boost CTR and conversions.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools.

  • Manage budgets, monitor ROI, and report results with actionable insights.

  • Implement A/B tests for ads and landing pages to continuously improve performance.

  • Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing
    Google Ads accounts with $20,000+/month budgets.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with
    eCommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon)
    or
    Lead Generation
    campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of
    CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to create
    data-driven strategies
    and deliver measurable results.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of
    Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    and
    GA4 tracking setup
    .

  • Experience with
    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
