The Opportunity

ABBF is looking for a
dynamic, creative, and highly organized Senior Marketing & Communications Executive
to strengthen the visibility, branding, and digital outreach of ABBF's trade shows, membership programs, and Africa–Bangladesh business initiatives.

This role is central to building the ABBF brand, growing our international membership base, promoting large conferences and trade shows, and driving engagement across all digital channels.

You will work directly with the President of ABBF and collaborate with teams in Bangladesh, Canada, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

A. ABBF Marketing Responsibilities

1. Event Marketing & Brand Visibility

·      Plan and execute marketing strategies for ABBF events, trade shows, summits, delegations, and workshops.

·      Enhance attendee and exhibitor experience across all touchpoints.

·      Build ABBF's brand authority across Africa and Bangladesh.

2. Content Creation & Digital Storytelling

·      Capture photos, videos, testimonials, interviews, and event highlights.

·      Produce reels, video promos, press releases, and international marketing assets.

3. Social Media Management

·      Manage daily content calendars for ABBF's Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

·      Run engagement campaigns, event announcements, and membership promotions.

4. Membership Growth & Communications

·      Plan marketing campaigns for ABBF membership acquisition and renewal.

·      Design newsletters, onboarding emails, and automated communication flows.

·      Increase community engagement and member retention.

5. Website & SEO

·      Optimize content, blogs, landing pages, and event pages.

·      Improve SEO rankings for Africa–Bangladesh trade topics.

B. Kingmansa Marketing Responsibilities

1. Kingmansa Subscription Sales

·      Promote Kingmansa subscription plans to Bangladeshi exporters and suppliers.

·      Create targeted email and social campaigns to convert leads into paid subscribers.

·      Prepare marketing funnels for subscription renewals and upgrades.

2. Seller Acquisition (Bangladesh)

·      Identify and reach out to exporters, manufacturers, traders, and SMEs across Bangladesh.

·      Develop acquisition campaigns showcasing the benefits of selling on Kingmansa.

·      Manage onboarding communications and seller engagement campaigns.

·      Collaborate with channel partners to increase seller signups.

3. Buyer Acquisition (Africa & Beyond)

·      Promote Kingmansa products, categories, and verified suppliers to African importers.

·      Run targeted ads and outreach to buyers in Ethiopia, Nigeria, Guinea, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, and others.

·      Launch lead-generation campaigns for priority African markets.

·      Build buyer trust by promoting Kingmansa Pay, verification badges, and secured buying options.

4. Marketplace Content & Listings

·      Support the creation and publication of product listings, store profiles, and promotional banners.

·      Review seller content quality and maintain brand consistency.

5. Kingmansa Pay & New Features Promotion

·      Plan marketing campaigns for Kingmansa's digital payment system and logistics integrations.

·      Encourage buyers and sellers to adopt Kingmansa Pay, wallets, and secure checkout.

6. Reporting & Analytics

·      Track KPIs for subscription sales, seller acquisition, buyer leads, marketplace traffic, and category performance.

·      Prepare weekly reports using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Analytics.

Qualifications

·      
2–3+ years of experience
in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.

·      Bachelor's or Master's in
Marketing, Business, Media, Communications
, or a related field.

·      Strong experience in
content creation, social media strategy, email marketing, and digital campaigns
.

·      Hands-on experience with
UGC, testimonial creation, and video content
.

·      Good understanding of
SEO, keyword planning, and analytics tools
.

·      Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced global environment.

·      Proficient in
Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Ads
, and
Google Ads
.

·      Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

·      Must have a high-performance laptop suitable for remote work.

·      Proactive, reliable, and highly responsive.
