Now, we're taking our next big step, transforming our operations into a complete Odoo-based ERP system to make Nokkhotro smarter, faster, and fully data-driven.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a *
Senior Odoo Expert
* who can take full ownership of building, customizing, and managing our Odoo platform from scratch.

This person will lead the digital transformation of our business, from *POS and inventory* to *CRM and accounting* — ensuring all departments work seamlessly under one intelligent system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deploy a complete
Odoo ERP system
for Nokkhotro.

* Integrate and manage key modules:
POS, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Sales
.

* Migrate existing operations and data from current systems to Odoo.

* Customize workflows and dashboards to match our retail and e-commerce business model.

* Collaborate with the finance and operations team to ensure smooth automation.

* Lead technical implementation and build a small Odoo team if required.

* Provide technical support, maintenance, and upgrades after deployment.

Requirements
:

* Proven experience in
Odoo ERP development, customization, and deployment
.

* Strong command over
Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework
.

* Experience integrating accounting and POS modules in real-world environments.

* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

* Hands-on experience with ERP migration and data management.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

* Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about startup growth.
