Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations, and maintaining inventory. The role includes coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Staff Management skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Health Regulations
- Inventory Management and Budgeting skills
- Marketing and Supplier Coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
