Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, based in Gazipur, Bangladesh. The Assistant QA Manager will oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that all garments meet the company's strict quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting quality inspections, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with both company and client specifications. The role involves identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to maintaining customer satisfaction through high-quality production.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, quality control techniques, and production monitoring
- Strong ability to conduct inspections, identify non-conformities, and implement remedial actions
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with compliance standards for garment manufacturing and adherence to client specifications
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage timelines effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field
- Experience in the garment manufacturing industry, particularly with knitted apparel, is preferred
