Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Assistant based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. Day-to-day tasks include offering seamless assistance to clients, ensuring effective communication when addressing technical inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining system functionality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills to address and resolve client issues effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional experiences and build rapport with clients
  • Solid Analytical Skills to assess problems, troubleshoot effectively, and implement solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Basic understanding of Networking Solutions, CCTV systems, or related IT services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles is an advantage
