Assistant General Manager(AGM) - Marketing & Branding

Job Description / Responsibility

LUBNAN Trade Consortium Limited (LTCL) is one of the leading, largest Fashion and lifestyle Brands in Bangladesh. It also cares for its employees and their capacity development and career progression continuously. The Company is now looking for an expert who will lead the Marketing & Branding department.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Direction

  2. Lead the overall creative vision and seasonal direction for all apparel lines.

  3. Ensure the design team delivers collections that align with brand identity, target customer, and market trends.

  4. Product Development Oversight

  5. Supervise the design process from concept to final product, including fabric selection, silhouette development, trims, and color palettes.

  6. Ensure timely design execution in line with product calendar and commercial strategy.

  7. Trend Forecasting

  8. Monitor fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.

  9. Translate insights into innovative and relevant product offerings.

  10. Team Leadership

  11. Manage and mentor the design team (apparel designers, graphic designers, technical designers).

  12. Facilitate collaboration between design, merchandising, and production teams.

  13. Strategic Marketing Planning

  14. Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales.

  15. Oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns across retail, digital, social, and influencer platforms.

  16. Campaign Management

  17. Direct the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, look books, photoshoots, and digital content.

  18. Ensure brand storytelling is consistent and resonates with the target audience.

  19. Market Analysis

  20. Conduct customer segmentation and market research to optimize targeting and personalization.

  21. Use insights to adapt strategies and improve ROI on marketing spend.

  22. Budget Management

  23. Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.

  24. Ensure a balance between creative ambition and financial performance.

  25. Brand Strategy Development

  26. Define and evolve the brand's identity, voice, mission, and positioning in the market.

  27. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (store design, packaging, digital platforms, product tags, etc.).

  28. Visual Identity Oversight

  29. Guide the creation and maintenance of visual standards: logo, typography, color schemes, and packaging.

  30. Maintain a brand style guide and ensure all departments adhere to it.

  31. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

  32. Identify and lead partnerships with influencers, designers, or other brands that align with brand values.

  33. Manage co-branding initiatives and limited-edition collections.

  34. Customer Experience

  35. Ensure the brand is consistently represented in the customer experience, from retail environments to e-commerce platforms.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 13 year(s)
