Phulki started 34 years ago with a vision to develop the socioeconomic conditions of disadvantaged people particularly woman and children. The job description is as follows:

  • Assist in the design and development of training materials and programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees, delivering content in an engaging and interactive manner.
  • Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support related to training logistics and documentation.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a related field.

· ECD degree or certificate course in ECD will be given preference.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.

· Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in using technology to deliver training.
