About the Position:

This is a contract basis job, 2 days engagement, each day 4 hours for conduct training and module development.

Role Description

This full-time Merchandiser Negotiator Trainer role involves day-to-day tasks such as facilitating negotiations, merchandising, training employees on merchandising standards, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role is on-site and located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet company goals while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience for train merchandiser in garments industry
  • Experience in Sales and Retail in RMG
  • Marketing knowledge and skills
  • Strong training and mentoring abilities
  • Interactive and activity based learning pedagogy
  • Proven track record in a similar role is a plus
