Overview

PFEC Global is seeking an enthusiastic CRM Trainer to join our growing team. The CRM Trainer will ensure that employees at all levels fully understand how to use our CRM system effectively to manage leads, streamline workflows, and optimize student/partner engagement. The role requires a strong balance of technical CRM knowledge, training expertise, and excellent communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Develop comprehensive training programs, modules, and documentation tailored to different teams (marketing, admissions, counselors, operations, etc
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) to ensure CRM adoption and effective usage
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees and refresher courses for existing staff
  • Create training manuals, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and FAQs
  • Update training materials regularly to reflect new CRM features, updates, and workflow changes.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and CRM usage reports.
  • Recommend continuous improvements in CRM workflows and processes

What you'll need

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a
    CRM Trainer, CRM Specialist, or Corporate Trainer
    (experience with
    Zoho CRM
    preferred, but Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics experience also valued).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Certification in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption tools (WalkMe, Whatfix, etc.) for CRM guidance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
