Job Summary

We are seeking an engaging, hands-on AI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced training in AI, Generative AI, AI for Business, AI agents, data science, and data analysis — both in-person (Dhaka) and on our learning platform (NetCom+). The role involves converting complex technical concepts into digestible lessons, guiding learners through real-world projects, and continuously updating course content to reflect current industry practices. Selected candidates will undergo a Train-the-Trainer program before delivering training to our corporate clients.

Position Details

• Position: AI Trainer & Curriculum Developer
• Location: Level 01, House 15/B, Road 08, Gulshan 01, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh
• Employment Type: Full-time (in person)
• Working Days / Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary: 25,000 – 50,000 BDT per month (based on experience; negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led and blended learning programs in AI and data science for corporate learners.
• Develop course materials: curriculum outlines, slides, hands-on labs, project briefs, assessments, and LMS (NetCom+) modules.
• Lead practical workshops using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other relevant AI platforms.
• Break down technical topics into clear, accessible lessons for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor learners through real-world, project-based assignments and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Continuously update course content to reflect the latest AI research, tools, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers, provide feedback, and iterate on course quality and delivery.

Qualifications Minimum

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to deliver in-person training.
• Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts, common tools, and cloud-based AI services.
• Comfortable preparing LMS content and instructor materials
• Preferred professional certifications in AI/ML/Data Science (e.g., Google AI, IBM ML, Microsoft AI).
• Prior TA/RA, teaching, corporate training, or instructional design experience.
• Experience with no-code AI agent builders and hands-on projects (desired but not mandatory).
• Students and alumni from BUET, NSU, BRACU, DU, and SUST will be given preference during the selection process.
